On top of that she makes sure the Best are hired maintaining security, reception, maintenance and all areas of business. Shannon the front desk receptionist is also INCREDIBLE. Together they make an awesome A team. They even give meals through a program to afterschool kids. Is there anything they don't think of doing for their residents? Nope! Rhonda has made several special accommodations for every need and has made every effort for her residents. Excellent Customer services and authentic kindness of this level you won't find anywhere else."

"I moved in about three months ago yes corporate was there and they were fixing all the issues. There is new Management her name is Rhonda and she is a hard worker. I see her out cleaning the dumpsters where people won't put up there trash, she has cleaned the apartment's grounds up and has done a lovely job on landscaping. I appreciate all the hard work Ronda does and I would and have recommended people to live here. It is beautiful and I feel very safe and its a comfortable place to live."
