"Horrible place to live in, the water is always out for 2-3 hours every day with low water pressure every day and I complained so many times to the manager and they do nothing! They give me the run around saying that we have to contact the water department and when I do they tell me that it’s the apartment complex! Very unprofessional how they run this place you call the office and they never answer! Main gates are always broken or they stay open and you always see random cars driving by at night, for a gated community you don’t feel very safe. The last manager was very rude and didn’t care at all about my concerns, there’s not even handicapped parking for the back buildings. Don’t waste your time here horrible place."

"Horrible service I’ve been here for 2 years and the amenities that are advertised are rarely open the pool maybe 4 times a year it is opened and never opened on the schedule at the door the gym is constantly closed and it’s false advertisement when showing residents this community we pay to live here and amenities are in our contract and that’s breach of contract on office ends. Highly don’t recommend the pool is just for looks and even at that it’s usually always swamp looking because maintenance doesn’t clean it. Why am I paying for amenities that are only offered 4 times a year"
