"Horrible front desk people, dont want to see kids after 5 pm even though my daughter was there at 430 apparently they close at 6 but cant see any more kids hmm, then i begin to fill out paperwork which is no problem, but they say i have refill out the patient information even though its in the system, makes no sense they have the information nothing has changed oh sir its the old system but we have your information, so whats the problem?? Can you not use the information? Yes we can but we need you to refill it out the information, look my child is sick she needs to be seen so what is the issue the information is there ive been coming to this place??? Things like this is upsetting to any parent that comes in, i guarantee if it had been the receptionist child they would be seen in a heart beat! Sad sad place to go never going back unless its the last place we have to go!"

"I don’t have time to share our full experience with details but can sure do that later. This is the WORST clinic I’ve been to. And because I’v lived in different cities in Texas, I’ve been to more than a few. The service, the staff, the PA, the professionalism, etc. Everything was wrong from the beginning. I called ahead to let them know my little one needed to be seen by a DOCTOR (not a PA), long story short: we waited for more than three hours outside in our car, my baby wasn’t actually seen by a doctor (or anybody). They were being rude so of course they didn’t listen why we were there for and kept assuming we were just there for a Covid test which they decided she needed without asking her full symptoms. They seemed annoyed every time we tried to tell them why we were there for and just kept saying “You have to be patient! There’s a lot of people.” And later, after waiting 2 hours and 45 mins, “You can leave if you want.” Trust me, I understand all of the waiting and such, my brother is a doctor and this is not our first time in a clinic. My little one’s temperature? Oh yeah, they checked it just before we left, AFTER the test, after waiting for a full 3 hours, and because I asked to speak to the manager, oh! and because I reminded them. It’s the first and last time we go there. We only went there because it was the only clinic that was open that told me my baby could be seen a doctor, which didn’t happen any way. By the time we basically made them listen, more than three hours had passed; we only stayed because we were hopeful our daughter would be examined and all we got was a lousy “Sorry for the confusion.” Never again."
