"I am giving a 1 because had an appointment and asked for say off in advance. A day before they tell me my insurance won't cover 2d echo for my child and wanted to cancel appointment. I let them know I wanted to keep my appointment and just have doc give me a referral for it but they didn't want to receive us. Well I guess if they can't all ur money or insurance before 1 visit you can't be seen. Don't waste your time find another place before you wait for appointment that they just want to cancel. Called another clinic and stated they would see my son. Let my pediatrician know so they won't refer people there. If it's regarding a heart issue time is important."
