"3 bedroom 2 bath on 2 stories. In a cul-de-sac We were here for 3 years. It was a bittersweet move out. It was great cause we moved on to a house and the next chapter in our lives after years of renting. But we really enjoyed our stay. From the beginning; Friendly owners. New beautiful wood floors. And new carpet and paint. Very clean. well kept all around. Nice up to date appliances. Updated new windows and even exterior new exterior paint. Maintenance team was quick and friendly for any issues we ran into and worked with us for any scheduling. Good water pressure in showers. Washer and dryer hook-ups. Great neighbors as well. I had deployed during our stay here and felt my family and belongings were safe. But overall cannot say enough good things about this place. Thank yall so much. Wish yall the best."

"I really love this place, the swimming pool, the apartments with the fireplace...the ladies in the office are very professional and nice and neighbors are pretty quiet. Been here for two years, this is the place to be and feeling safe is the best part! Highly recommend this place."

"Extremely rude first off, maintenance guy told me I have problems when I walked him thru my apt. to show him that my living room light has never worked, I have 5 spots letting in air (both doors and both windows and a freakin hole in the trim by the back door), my thermostat is taped together and u cant ever determine the actual temp in the apt. u have to constantly turn it on and off, their is roaches (ewwww), their is paint all over the windows on the carpet the door stop, he didn't caulk the trim at all, half the trim is painted half isn't, they didn't even clean the shower or above the cabinets there is a inch layer of gunk on it, all the caulk is cracked that he actually did do, and he never went back over it with paint, the circuit breaker is labeled wrong and has to many things on one circuit I haven't watched tv in prob 3 months because of it, the shower faucet drips constantly, the bathroom fan doesn't work, I cant even take that fan thing down to clean the layer of gunk all in it cause the paint and popcorn are literally stuck to the fan, they never cleaned the ac/heat vents they are filthy and and filthy all around it, nothing was done properly I do this for a living my whole family does for 26, 27, and 40+ years, (me only like 5 hehe) but seriously it is a poor place to live u cant even cook anything on the stove with the vent-a-hood on hi without the smoke alarm goin off, paint drips everywhere, spots not painted, windows never got caulked and the window sills never got painted, the wood is rotting out in the kitchen and bathroom, there is literally a piece of trim broken in half just sittin there, I was ok with living here until they were rude with me when I want my apt. to at least have a proper thermostat and the circuit breaker done right and be able to watch tv! u don't ever walk into someones house and say u have problems, he never even mentioned fixing a thing, both trim on the exterior around the doors are cracked, rotted, and not painted, they screwed me over and sent me a random electric bill, I have never signed anything agreeing to pay it, the bill is made out to the apts. and instead of notifying me they just randomly give it to me when I see them. I am posting this review cause u do not be rude to someone as they were to me today, they told me they take pride in having nice apts. cause they are older and well established, they told me the maintenance guy is awesome at his job so good they don't do a walkthrough after he does work on a apt. when I met him today he said he has only been doin it for 6 months and he told the front office people I told u im not a good maintenance guy when u hired me.... carpet is peeling up around edges, paint job is driving me absolutely crazy cause im a painter and I want it done right, I asked them how I would go about painting it cause I want it done right, there are little holes in the wall from previous curtain rods not one t nail hole on the quarter round is caulked, I am seriously thinking of moving out as of today because of the way they were today.... 5 spots leaking air, 30+ drops of paint everywhere, holes not caulked, trim looks like crap, they didn't even clean the most basic stuff. like I said I do this for a living and it looks like I just walked into my first day at that job. and he never even mentioned fixing anything only thing he said is u have problems... cause I want to watch tv? and not have to adjust my thermostat every ten minutes? or have a circuit breaker properly labeled and hooked up? that's bs, straight up, and roaches here so ya don't come here, they refuse to work with u when u try to get maintenance done. if u are ok with roaches and nothing looking right and workin properly this is the place for u! I am so irritated right now with these people, u don't tell me I have problems when I want stuff done right, and u don't tell me u have only been doin it 6 months and u are not a good maintenance guy, im a freakin kid and I have done it 10.5 times longer then him, cmon....."
