"Stopped in to check out an apartment, Anthony was Great! He showed me an apartment, answered all my questions, and went the extra mile to assist me with my application. Top tier customer service!"

"We moved into a DIRTY apartment and had to clean it ourselves!!! They didn't want to send anyone to clean until after we already had moved things in...they also never gave us that paper for us to tell them what all was wrong with the apartment either. If you're handicapped you have to walk through a construction zone to get to your apartment for 5 weeks. If you park when there's no construction being held and the barriers are open, the manager will have you towed anyways even though they said they would finish in 2 weeks. maintenance men will call animal control on you if your dog is on the patio and they can't see the water bowl. So make sure it's in sight! If you have an alcoholic neighbor who (this woman never watches her kids btw) harasses you, jumps, runs, and stomps from 6am-2am with documentation and video proof, they will take vacations and avoid your emails and calls to make sure u don't have your peace of living. Even if the harassing neighbor sends other alcoholic tenants to your house, when the management told you to stay away from her but allows her and her friends to go to your door hollering, even past 10pm. The police officers who came out thought it was ridiculous that management refused to handle it...now police are starting an investigation with said neighbor.. They also will scam u with your automatic payments! They will try to evict you if you don't over pay what your rent is. The sad thing is, other tenants are dealing with the same issue with random over charges and wrongful notices! They will also mix up notes to your apartment and put it on someone else's door. You will have no microwave or ice box in your fridge either. When maintenance "fixed" our sink they took our sprayer out. The garbage disposal still doesn't work. Our toilets constantly flood while maintenance accuses u of doing things to it. They clearly don't know what they're doing if they had to come back 10 PLUS times for 1 toilet..... STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE ITS A NIGHTMARE!!!! If you have a nice car, it WILL no doubt be damaged by either the random kids at night who's parents don't watch them, or backed into like mine was by someone else since the parking spaces are illogically tight. There is also FECES in the children's park!! By far one of the most crooked and disgusting places I've ever lived. If you want to workout in the workout room it closes at 5 every weekday. They will also close the pool at their own convenience. IT STINKS SO BAD near building 208 and surrounding buildings as well. I'm pregnant and can barely make it from the parking lot to my apartment without throwing up or gagging! It smells like sewage or something rotting and other tennants I've talked to said they're moving because of the rancid stench/incorrect billing issues that's been ongoing since before I've lived here. Im doing the same because they really don't care about this place or have the decency to answer phone calls or emails. If you value your health, quiet enjoyment, and vehicles or Amazon packages, don't move here. My packages haven't been stolen but other people have had theirs stolen. I wanted to like this place so bad, this place was one of the worst moving decisions I've ever made in my life."

"I have lived here a little over 4 months and I have to say I love it here. Anthony and Kimber in the front office are amazing! They are always friendly and willing to help. The maintenance staff is also wonderful. I have never lived in an apartment that actually would come and fix the issue the same day you put the work order in. I look forward to being a resident here for a while. Again thank you Anthony and Kimber for always being so helpful and friendly!"

"It's the most cost effective place in town, however you're definitely paying a price living here. First and foremost, if you live on the back row by the playground, there literally isn't enough parking spots for every apartment to have ONE spot, let alone two and most families have multiple families which leads us having to crowd up the guest parking and other areas which take away from guests and other residents. There's also trash, cigarette butts and dog poop everywhere. Over the summer the pool was closed several times but when we would drive by, people would be in the pool when it was supposed to be closed. There's TONS of unattended kids outside who have ZERO respect for people's privacy and belongings. Several times I've seen kids peek in the windows of the lower level apartment windows around the playground area and hit cars with their balls, bikes, scooters, etc. and taunting cars as they drive by. We've put in a few maintenance requests and they were ignored until we went into the office and complained. Then once our maintenance order was said to be completed when nobody showed up and we were home. I haven't lived here for a year yet and we've seen three sets of management, but I do have to say the current management IS trying to clean up the mess that they came into. They have been working on the exterior appearance of the buildings and are currently working on the parking LOT issue, but not the parking SPOT issues that I've seen. Hoping that they continue the good trend and make positive changes otherwise they're going to end up losing the families who really need the affordable rent."
