Andrew, their maintenance director, is notably responsive, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He either quickly coordinates a solution himself or schedules the appropriate contractors to resolve the issue. It would seem that a company who hires this particular type of person values their properties as long-term investments. With a person like Andrew leading their maintenance team, this community will not go to rack and ruin."
