"I live here and I’ve been having issues with my AC, my apartment does not go less than 82 degrees in the afternoons, I’ve been asking them to repair it but they told me that my AC is working and that there is nothing to fix, in the other hand I asked my neighbors if they have same issue and they don’t. Due to the situation I put my AC at 75 but it stays on the whole day, right now am paying 260 dollars for energy in a one bedroom apartment. Please don’t waste your time and money moving in here"

"I enjoyed my tour with Conny, she was very personable and knowledgeable about the community and made me feel right at home. I loved the size of the apartment shown and that they have a well equipped gym. I just need up taking a job outside of the area, otherwise I would’ve leased here."

"Very poorly Managed property. The outdoor propane grills have been broken since July. Managment has known about it and has done NOTHING to fix them. Also several of the washing machines and dryers are broken for months and they don't get those fixed or re-imburse you if you are unfortunate enough to put your money in them. The on-site manager is full of excuses, gets offended easily, and tries to deflect any criticism as offensive. She says she has service orders in. But that's just an excuse for not doing her job. Terrible place. Would strongly recommend against renting here."

"I have lived here 7.5 years and all has not been great but it is not a terrible place to live. I have been thru numerous ownerships and leasing office personnel but I have no issues with the current staff. Saul and maintenance have been great and I personally have NO problem with them checking for cleanliness in apartments. I would recommend to a young couple starting a new life or a working stiff that needs a clean place to live and not be bothered. Also, I see more retirees moving in. If you want perfection buy a Swiss watch."

"They deleted my previous review for telling the truth and pointing out prons and cons. That's all you gotta know about this place. They also increased rent amidst pandemic. Managament is disorganized. Washing and drying machines constantly break and they still increased price for them and got even cheaper machines! They installed solar panels so they can get paid for the electricity tenants use while we still gotta pay companies. Maintenance and staff can come in into your apartment when you are not at home. They even came in to check apartments for "cleanliness". Apartment managemet ignores tenant concerns. A mess."
