The manager of Jefferson Square Apartments is super responsible, and always addressed my concerns asap. Overall, it's a wonderful place to live in."

"First of all lack of management. They never answer the phone when you need them but when they need something they call you. Took me a month to have contact with them because I had termites at my room. We had to be calling some other apartments the manager works at for us to have contact with her. Termites continue coming out after pets control went. We called again for them to solve the problem again took them a while to answer. I had to get out because I’m pregnant and they didn’t even bother to give me my deposit back when it was there problem that there was termites in the room. Second our air would always freeze and they will take a while for them to check on it, so we had to be without air for at least some days. The pool was never open and always dirty. The people around you super nice and great neighbors but management is what matters. Lack of management."
