I had a wonderful experience living in these apartments; by far one of the best places to live in McAllen. The apartments are beautiful and comfortable. The area is also really safe and quiet, and in a great location! I would definitely recommend living in the Brentwood Apartments!"

"Brentwood Apts is a great complex to live in. I lived there for a little over 2 years. Never had any issues with the other tenants, very quiet, rent is more than reasonable for what is offered, a gated building so you feel safe about parking. washer and dryer in unit was the extra for me because I hate taking my laundry to a laundromat. Maintenance was always on top of any issue which is a very rare occasion. When Covid began, they provided an area to donate any food or essentials to tenants in need during the lockdown and also encouraged chalk drawings and messages to lift up spirits during this tough time. All around a great experience living here. Manager Sylvia and Cassie are sweethearts. Would definitely recommend this location."

"Been living here for almost a year and no problems whatsoever. Easy payments online, the entire building is gated so no worries of strangers coming in or random people knocking on your door. Any maintenance problems are handled quick and easy just send an email and the next day they are at your door. Perfect apartments to live in, safe, quiet, and comfortable and nice staff and owner."

"Lived in Brentwood in McAllen after researching and looking at several apartment complexes in the area. It was a great choice as the apartment complex was well kept, secured and quiet. Actual apartment unit was very nice with plenty of space. Manager Charlie was very easy to deal with as well as assistant Yolanda. Moved as my husband finished his education; however, I would definitely move back into apartment complex if back in area. Highly recommend."
