"I would never recommend this place since I am leaving here for 1 year full of bad opinions towards this place. They knock on the doors late at night. The washing machines don't work. The manager does not let the tenants live in peace and you make a complaint to her and she tells you that it has nothing to do with that so she calls the police. Everyone in the complex has a bad opinion about the attitude of the manager and the owner apparently doesn't care if he maintains her. As long as this lady is here and things don't change, I don't recommend this place to anyone. If I could, I wouldn't give a single star. My recommendation to the owner is to do an anonymous survey by department to give their opinion on the manager's treatment and thus have an answer to why so many people leave."

"Ive been living here these last 3 years and my personal experience living here has been really good for the most part Area is quiet which is great Neighbors are polite and most of the time keep to themselves Rent price is affordable They keep up really well with the yard/gardening so the grass is always nice and trimmed And the apts themselves arent that bad could be better but for the most part its good Manager can be rude and unresonable at times,was actually suprised i saw other reviews complaining about the manager I guess other people have been having the same problems with her But overall id give it 3 stars Not the best but not the worst either its okay for the most part Its a good place to live for a few years But not forever lol"

"I decided to move to Las Haciendas because it was close to my work and the price was reasonable, but I recommend looking elsewhere. During the 2 years I was here, I’ve had a yearly water pipe burst. One of those times was after I came back from a vacation. I came to my apartment being soaked in water, I had damage to my tv and dresser, since water was falling from the roof to the floor. After calling the office manager, she kept saying she was not in the area, I think what she meant to say was that she couldn’t help me. My water was turned off, and the manager told me I needed to wait for the following day for the plumber to arrive, but I needed to go back to work, so I received a lease violation, for not being at the apartment when the plumber arrived. I’ve had my lights turn on/off for hours causing my light bill to skyrocket. When I called the office manager after hours, she said that It was not an emergency, luckily I do not rely on a medical device to sleep. I’ve had an issue with the person living above me throwing cigarette butts into my patio area. After days of picking up butts in my patio area, I decided to inform the manager, she told me to take a photo of him with my cellphone in the act, and send it to her. I’ve seen few broken car windows in the parking lot. Don’t call the office manager from 1200-1300, she’s at lunch. She’ll see all your calls, and tell you never to call her during those hours. No matter how clean you are, you’ll still see roaches. The price gets higher every year, and the quality of living gets lower."
