"I’ve lived here on 2 separate occasions, 2022 and 2023-24. Joe the maintenance manager is one of the best, if not the best, maintenance guys I have ever met. Seriously. One occasion- it was a fairly hot summer Saturday and we didn’t realize our A/C went out until it was already getting warm in the apartment. I called the emergency maintenance number and he was there within the next 30 minutes. Joe had everything fixed and cooling down within the hour. The property is still fairly new, quiet, and has a really nice pool. The only reason my family and I left in 2022 was for a bigger townhome. We regretted the decision within the first month.. so we decided to move back to the Devon in 2023 but in a bigger apartment. The office staff has always been friendly and always took care of any issues we had, which was very very few. I always recommend the Devon to any friends looking for a great place to move to."

"I lived here for 3 years now and so far the management has only gone downhill. There is this new female manager who I think is called Delila and has nothing but attitude and only has work here for like 3 months. People from outside continue to use and damage the pool. Management does nothing about it. Joe the maintenance specialist has been the only one who I have seen taken care of the place and made sure all of us residences here at Devon place are happy. I’m surprised he is not our manager because he is always doing an outstanding job."

"Update: i keep coming back to check on my review and it keeps getting taken down. I’ll keep reposting it. I've had a disappointing experience during my three-year stay at these apartments. The management has been incredibly unreliable, with a shocking turnover of 6-8 different managers within that time. Their lack of consistency has been frustrating. The pest control here is a nightmare. Follow-ups are practically non-existent, and it's evident that the residents' well-being isn't a priority. The ongoing pest issue has made my living situation uncomfortable and unsanitary. The apartment complex seems to have lowered its standards, allowing disruptive behavior from residents such as domestic violence incidents in hallways, unsupervised dogs causing messes everywhere (don’t walk on the grass if you don’t want to step on a landmine) and a noticeable decline in building cleanliness. Adding to the dissatisfaction, it's disheartening to see how the management treats long-term residents. While they raise rent for those who have been here a while, new members are offered significantly better prices. This unequal treatment further erodes the sense of community and fairness in this supposed "luxury" living space. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would."

"The staff is friendly and transparent. The property management team is always helpful and very responsive! Ms. Delilah Saenz was very patient and informative throughout the whole process. The maintenance team for GVC is phenomenal. Mr. Cruz always addresses all issues on a timely manner and the team is lucky to have a dedicated employee who holds the upmost highest standard!"

"My husband and I went to go and look at these beautiful amazing apartments today. The lady named ana was so nice. The apartments are really beautiful. Ana was super helpful with all the questions that we had to ask her. She got us approved today so we signed the lease and we can’t wait until we move in super excited!"
