"This is a Mayfair property management; they are income based. The walls are extremely thin so you get to hear everything. Most Mayfair apartment complex are poorly managed by staff. Extremely way to many dogs barking and management has no clue on how to apply the no dog disturbance policy."

And then they have a ‘rule’ of no smoking cigarettes on the entire property, that supposedly it was voted… and I never got the memo that there was a voting going on."
