"Super Clean neighborhood and VERY QUIET! Management always responds quickly to maintenance orders, emergency repairs on the weekends, and especially the A/C calls during the summer. They send out reminders for rent coming up and they do a monthly newsletter with any updates to keep residents informed. They're very understanding and compassionate, the landlord herself sits down during the lease signing and explains the lease thoroughly to you so you can make sure you understand it fully. A SUPER FAMILY FRIENDLY COMMUNITY!"

"Rent at your own risk. Donna Tx community is nice, but they will not fix anything, they will charge you $160 if you don't cut your yard and I was charged $85 for not paying the trash fee, in which is not mentioned on the contract to be charge a fee on this. Watch out for the Karen living in there, they will evict you if Karen doesn't like you or if she catches you doing something, she will call the office. They will believe her over you. That is why people do not last living there."
