"Not even sure what to say. My niece left a horrible relationship and ended up with horrible landlords at this apartment complex. She asked for a bottom apartment because she has a toddler, they gave her an upstairs. The neighbor below her has complained everyday that she has been there, saying they can hear her son. The apartment owners/managers then advised my niece that she has to get her son under control when he is not doing anything. They said if she doesn't, they will kick her out. I'm not even sure what to do at this point, they own a few other complexes in this town and I'm sure it's going to be the same rude comments to her."

"Where to begin...When I first moved in we had a huge "German roach" problem. The pest control here didn't care. Just a real quick spray. Constantly had roach problem. Had to hire my own pest control guy to take care of the problem. In the summer the ac leaked water. Literally could fill a whole trash can. Took awhile before someone could come and fix it. The pool is horrible. Needs lots of work. Needs to be emptied out and actually cleaned. The washers leak a lot water. They are the cheapest washers. Will not even wash the basic things. The driers don't even dry. This place needs a lot of work."

"These apartments are very nice. The apartments are spacious and affordable. My unit was renovated before our move in, they put all new carpet and new laminate flooring in the dining room, kitchen and the main bathroom. I did see the occasional small roach, but they have someone come out regularly to spray inside and out. All of the kitchen appliances worked, but the ac had a really hard time during the summer to keep our apartment cool. The on site laundry room has new washers and dryers and in the event that a machine eats your quarters Mrs. Huff has always refunded them without hesitation. The pool is pretty well maintained and it was a lot of fun for my son. All in all a good place to live. :)"
