"I don’t recommend this apartment to anyone. Manager Diana charges extra for any little thing that doesn’t need to be over charged for. Rent goes higher for an apartment that needs a lot of work to be done! Lived there for 2 years and went through so many maintenance guys. Also the pool is always closed and needs to be cleaned. Flooding was really bad there and could reach your front door. The trash is always full and would reach to our apartment. And I had neighbors that were really bad with fighting and manager didn’t do anything about it for 2 years. Also had neighbors in the front that would be looking at everything we would do and spread rumors. Something needs to be done. North Star Apartment is trash!"

"The pool is never open so I tried having an inflatable pool for my small kids and they give me a 25$ FEE??? Well open your pool this is false advertisement the pool is something we also came here for and they refuse to open it!? The lady that’s here is very rude and never answers the phone"
