"I do not recommend anyone to live here due to the simple fact that I have asthma, and I have gotten sick from the mold in the vents and now I am severely sick, Do not live there you will die. I wish I could give this a zero for my health!"

"Lived here for years. Followed all the rules never having a violation. Got an eviction notice, when asked what was rules we in violation of. She just said everything no specifics. Then stated that she put the eviction notice on our door on 11/1/2023, but our door camera says otherwise. Management lie through their teeth, asked them to fix multiple issues with the plumbing, AC, the broken door frames that have been there since we moved in, broken stove that we had to replace, but to them it was not considered an issue. We tolerated the issues that they refused to fix, yet to them we violated "everything." Maybe this a blessing in disguise. Update: Manager sent her assistant to deliver a new eviction notice. Doorbell Camera arriving early morning, slipping the notice into our door, with a new date of eviction of 1/3/2023. The assistant was also carrying a bunch eviction notices under her arm. Very shady, but nothing new. New students are moving in multiple recently empty units, and other multiple families are being evicted."

"I moved out on my own last year and moved all of the way across the state to the Valley. I was very nervous being on my own, but this place was very accommodating. All of my maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner. All of my emails received responses. The property was kept clean and I felt safe there. The reason that this complex does not get 5 stars is for a few reasons: * Towing enforcement is incredibly intrusive and aggressive. They don't even do a good job. They once tried to take my girlfriend's car despite the fact that her visitor's pass was clearly hanging from the rearview mirror. ALSO DESPITE THE FACT THAT WE WERE IN IT!! The towing company doesn't read signage or look for details they just come and pull away cars. They also tried to take my car when I parked at night in the loading zone to load up my car as I prepared to move out. The man wouldn't drop my car until he called his supervisor, despite the fact you could see the large letters reading "LOADING ZONE" on the ground. Also, they are bad about not answering the phone when you call. My move in date was scheduled 2 months in advance but they did not have the lease ready to sign or the apartment cleaned yet. I give them a small pass on that because they had just taken over from prior management. Overall, it is a great place to live. Every neighbor I spoke to was friendly. I did not deal with a ton of noise. Staff helped me with issues I had. If you are looking for somewhere to stay, I would recommend Edinburg Place Apartments. But I would also recommend that you be wary of your vehicle in the lot. They need a new company to enforce parking immediately."
