"This is my daughter’s first time here. She just needed a physical to be cleared to attend daycare. Her appointment was at 2 pm; it’s now 3:07 pm and we are still waiting in the lobby…. I am very disappointed."

"Been going to Martinez for years, all three of my children. They used to be very good about wait times. My youngest needs speech and OT and we have to go in every three months to get approved for the paperwork. The wait time is always 1 to 2 hours . My daughter will always have her condition. We just need a signature. I suppose they have to make us wait to get paid. It's incredibly stupid. If there were another doctor closer to our home, we'd go there. Note, be prepared to wait awhile"

"Wait time is ALWAYS over 2 hours. This is ridiculous. And when the Dr. Finally comes in you’d think he’d be there with you for a while considering how long you wait. Nope. In and out. Too quick to justify how long he takes to finally see you. This time we just need a TB test. Been here 1 1/2 hours and still waiting. Changing Pediatrician after this. I’ve had it. Also…. Closed on Fridays? No thanks."

"From my own personal experience, wait times with a scheduled appointment are 3 hours long. My child is autistic and one time I said to an assistant “he’s on the spectrum so he might not fully comply..” and she looked at me puzzled. It is disappointing, really, that coming in that work of field you bump into pediatric staff that are completely clueless to what you’re telling them about your child. The office itself (doors, walls, chairs, restroom, floor) always looks dirty & unorganized therefore doesn’t provide a sanitized/good environment for their patients. All times that I’ve seen Dr. Martinez he has shown little to no interest, he is dry and rarely addresses whether there is any concerns. Because of this my visits have been less than 5 minutes long. Took me 3 visits total to be more than happy to switch him off as our pediatrician."

"Office personnel is extremely rude. When we called to be informed on why they did not have a certain vaccine they simply responded with "I guess we forgot to order extra for people with private insurance." On multiple occasions our appointments have had to been cancelled or postponed at the office without any courtesy calls prior to arriving there. When we ask why we did not receive a phone call both Norma and Mrs. Martinez simply said they were too busy. Ultimately they cancelled our appointment for 12/22 because they did not like how we kept inquiring about how they simply do not have good customer service. To be fair Dr. Martinez is very knowledgeable in what he does, however, the front staff Norma and Mrs. Martinez is what unfortunately led to us no longer having our son or daughter there."
