"I'm really impressive on all things my apartments has. Its my first time to rent here and I really enjoy this place! We just find some little issue with pest.. and we think people can do a better job to feel in a real home! Suggestion: make a check point with every single thing in place before new persons come into apartments. For example flow in pipes, smells, pets hair in carpet..etc."
