"When I originally met Matt and Joe, they were both very professional and pleasant. I hired them to make some additions and upgrades to my system, which they said they could do. There were many glitches with the install and many components that had to be added that were not included in the original estimate. The project finally concluded and I have had many issues with the install - IR readers not functioning properly, components failing, remotes not programmed for all functions, etc. At first, they came out to correct the problems - not very promptly though. However, now they are apparrently very busy and keep rescheduling appointments (hours before they are suppose to arrive) to correct component failures. I am a business owner and I find their lack of respect for others schedules very discourteous. I liked Matt, but I have found their service to be very average, but their scheduling and follow up poor. I personally have found another installer to correct their work. This installer is more prompt, professional and knowledgeable about the equipment and components."
