"The firm that owns this mall is trying as best as they can to bring life and activity into it, given the yard sign they posted right at the entranceway from Green Oaks Road, among other things. There is still traffic that comes in, but mainly it's mall walkers. They play music through the speakers as loud just enough to try to make it sound like it's lively to try to make you forget it's dead. However, in my view I wouldn't hold my breath on hoping this mall stays open. I'd give this place 18 months, if that, if it continues down this path of store after store closed & with no real changes. What seems to drive people in anyway other than the movie theater is SeaQuest. Even Bath and Body Works, which you can find at most every other dead mall, is not here anymore where you can tell it used to be. Again, they are trying their best but their best isn't seemingly good enough. Two tenants were given lockout notices. There's water damage at a part of the ceiling by where I think Macy's was? How they can keep paying the bills with as many stores empty is a mystery to me."
"As others have mentioned in recent reviews, this place has devolved into a Zombie Mall with minimal foot traffic and numerous empty storefronts. I would estimate that about eight out of every ten of the stores were vacant during my most recent visit. My rating of four stars is driven by the relatively good condition of the property."
"This mall isn’t as bad as you would think. It’s a ghost town during the week but music was fun to listen to and I screamed my heart out to the songs and no one cared. The employees were super nice but everyone was on their phone. Super fun to walk around and see how much the mall has changed. The Bungie Jumping was closed and is only open on Saturday from the very small amount of workers. Kids areas are closed during the week due to small amount of staff as well. Most of the stores are aimed towards children. But super fun to see how everything just got abandoned. The parking lot is a great spot to learn to drive."
"Mall seems dead. Many of the stores fronts are empty. Low quality stores exist that are targeted for kids. The only reason to visit this area is the Dillard's Clearance store. Even then, you can only enter Dillard's from the parking lot."
"Has sea quest for kids inside, play zone, fewer outlets, Shoe dept Encore usually with sale on shoes, footwear, not much to do but one time visit is doable."
