"The Latigo is the best apartment community in Eagle Pass. I love the amenities, especially the dog park. They truly care about the residents and offer creative and fun weekly resident functions. The girls in the office are the best! Linda and Alessa address all the needs of their residents in a timely manner. The maintenance staff is AMAZING! They are so professional. My AC went out in the summer, in the middle of the night and it was repaired within less than 3 hours of being reported."

"The apartment complex is good, just management did not let me break my lease with my military orders. I ended up paying for 2 months worth of rent to move out because of their 60 day notice to vacate.They took orders from someone else I knew but not mine. Think twice if you don't know how long you plan on staying here. Their words were, "you should have chosen a shorter lease" as if I knew how long I was going to stay in Eagle Pass. If you are military, I'd consider somewhere else."

"Easily the best apartments in town. Apartment interior is modern and pleasant, the bathroom and bathtub are huge (which is always a plus), they are very pet friendly, staff is very friendly and quick to respond, and the apartments are very safe. We have been very happy throughout our stay here."

"I moved to Eagle Pass, TX for work without ever setting foot there prior, so looking for an apartment was going to be tricky. The staff, especially the property manager, Linda, made it the smoothest process possible. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and that the transition process was seamless, even if I was not physically there for the application process. My stay there was amazing and staff were always available and courteous. Anyone moving to this city for the first time, I highly recommend this place as they are aware many of us are not from the area and they are always looking for new ways to make people feel welcome."

"A train wreck of an apartment complex. Gate is always out of order and left open Key fobs for access to the gym routinely malfunction. You can pay $25/month for a parking spot but if someone else parks in it you're s.o.l. because they won't enforce it. They don't pick up garbage on weekends so their is usually trash through out the parking lot. The manager, Linda, needs training in her field. The corporate office, NE Property Management, will give you the run around when you have serious issues (like when they used my floor to store construction materials for 2 weeks) The pool and gym are routinely out of service (took them 5 months to replace treadmills and they want to blame Covid when I can 2-day a treadmill from Amazon) Maintenance did a great job but overall this was the worst apartment complex I've ever stayed at."
