"Bought furniture with expectation that things will go well for it is EA. The furniture was delivered in less than a month which surprised me. But the loveseat back cushions were wrinkled and sofa seat cushions were inconsistent. After multiple follow ups they sent someone to check my concerns who made recommendations with a directive to remind the store to apply the (purchased) stain protector. But I was told by CS rep that the fabric I selected have protectant built into the fabric, they don’t apply anything to the fabric. I requested clarification on why a stain protector was recommended when it seems unnecessary. I have not received any response. This has been going on for 3 months now. The responses are very slow requiring multiple follow ups. We bought EA furniture 20 years ago with great experience but this current experience is very disappointing."

"Our experience at Ethan Allen was great primarily due to our design consultant Jamie M. She has a great deal of experience in the industry and was extremely patient, helpful, and professional. Jamie provided us time to decide on our dining room pieces on our first visit without pressure and we scheduled our second visit to discuss our fabric options. We are pleased with the furniture chosen which we hoped our delivery date would be sooner rather than later but supply-chain issues still exist. We look forward to continuing more projects with Jamie M."
