"Billing department is terrible I worked in medical billing for 10 years and I literally had to help them with my claims. Manager is rude and the whole front staff is rude. Only reason I return is because the doctors are AMAZING! it’s to bad they are allowed to be rude upfront that’s the face of the practice. I wonder how bad retention is due to them. Upper management needs to start auditing the calls and seeing the way they greet people (or don’t) so they can correct them."
