"The truth is that I live very comfortably here! In all places there are rules and I think it is the best because the houses are kept clean and there is an order, the management is excellent, friendly, helpful and polite, I have seen different mobile parks Home and they are horrible and this is very nice and cared for, thanks to them and the residents who like to live in a clean place, Quiet and tidy."

"Management is horrible and unprofessional and is always in the neighborhoods business. I have to put up cameras just to keep records of the tenants' abuse on how we live even if we own our home by Management. I missed when palm springs down the street of Montana Ave owned the lot area. I am trying to find a complaint area with the homeowners association to make a complaint or a case against the mistreatment or bullying of our Management in this area. Plus Stephen has her favorites and community spys around the area watching your every move or modification on your home. If you move here have cameras setup and a lawyer on stand by just incase the contract goes south. I don't suggest living here unless you like to be in a prison system where the Management is a Warren on how you live and pay for you lot. Plus the rent is not worth the money for what space you get. ALSO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CONTRACT WHEN YOU MOVE IN. There is a lot of cause jargon that miss informs the contact. Beware and careful."

"First of all if you are planning on renting your spot at this place I do highly recommend this place, the manager Stefanie has always been on top of the game, of course there are rules that you must follow as part of the policy. Customer service is great she does makes sure that you are ok, and if you have any questions doubts or concerns she will give them a follow and try to find the best possible ways to help you at all times, the neighborhood is quiet and everyone is polite and kind. Like I mentioned before, yes you must have to follow up the policy guidelines, such as always maintain your area clean 100%, LIKE IN ANY OTHER mobile park areas. So if you are planning and thinking about taking it to the next step at Regency Village, do so !"

"I am renting my home to my brother and his family. They have been harassed by this so called manager. She has taken this roll too seriously and the tenants are paying for it. I know she has a position to fulfill but that doesn't mean that the tenants have to be angry and upset. A meeting with the owner, not the manager needs to be established. This way we can hear it from you what you want from us and what we want from you. Let this take place as soon as possible. Thanks."
