"This is one of the finest steakhouses I have ever been to in my life! Staff was phenomenal, I mean they had a sommelier! I had to google what that was. Sommelier’s are wine connoisseurs who are trained in the arts of wine and pairing them with food. Ask, they know everything. The wine menu was a book. They had wines categorized by the country, and some I’ve never had before like New Zealand. Never been to fine dining and it was a fantastic experience. Steak is steak but the presentation the ambiance is what really sets this place a part. Al Biernats has been my number 1, but Papas Bros is the new king! I thought I was in a high class speakeasy from the 20’s when we first walked in. This place is class and gorgeous. The bathrooms had rolled hand towels, not paper! Cleanest bathrooms ever. Steaks are well priced for a steakhouse, they do sell A5. Sides are family style. Already planning our next trip there! Highly recommend for anniversaries, birthdays, and special events."
