"They have a preference for the elderly, the non-elderly are seen as Outcast that don't be long there by most of management and some entitled elderly residents. I am very limited where to live and many people have taken advantage of my situation and it has deteriorated my mental health thanks to all the selfish people that only care about money and themselves. Remember we who get governmental help are nothing but numbers, especially we who are not elderly are seen as lesser humans by many people who hate welfare. P.S. If it was up to me I would work and live a life like everyone else but unfortunately I cannot."

"I currently reside at Chelsea towers. Very poor management they are incompetent. My neighbors are constantly banging on the walls 24 hours a day. My health continues to deteriorate due to lack of sleep. I requested a change and move to another unit and management refused. I'm not happy here, a total nightmare turned into reality. These tenants are not normal don't belong in society and belong in a nursing home or mental institution. They basically have been abandoned and live alone. They're bitter and miserable and continue to torture me for no reason!!!"
