"Would give O stars if possible the manager IRAIS ANGEL was rude and she started arguing with me and was very rude. She offended me and talked down on me as if I was a child. This apartment compelx is always dirty one time we came home someone threw out their husbands clothing all over the street and nobody bothered to pick it up not even managemnet it was out for days. They say no pets allowed but yet you see pets everywhere they only tell certain residents they are not fair at all dont move here dont waste your time or your money. Not a good place to live there is a party hall next door and is always very loud u cnt even sleep at nights. Not a safe enviroment one time a saw some guys taking their motorcycles in the apartment!! The same guys I think they were drug dealers or something they always had suspiscious activity at night when I would get home you would see many people go to their apartment go in and out quickly it was scary."

"While living at Tropicana Properties for a few years I enjoyed my stay there. But when I had to do business with the office personnel it was a different story. The customer service from a manager IRAIS ANGEL was horrible whether it was in person or over the phone. Has attitude and always moody. She is/ was very disrespectful, rude and she felt annoyed by what us as residents had to say. Ms. Marte is very professional and easy to talk to, wish all her employees were the same as her. Unfortunately when I moved out, I was not able to make the move out walk with the property manager and they are charging me a ridiculous amount even though I left the apartment clean and and very good conditions."
