"this place was the worst apt i’ve ever lived in. bugs the size of a thumb that were never ending! they aren’t even aware of this issue and they didn’t seem to care when i brought it up to the landlord .. instead she laughed at my face. rude lady at the front desk as well wish i had pictures of the bugs at the apt but sadly lost all images from old phone. do not move here"

"This was one of the best apartments I've lived in! Vicki is so kind and helpful, she always got back to me the same day and all my issues (very few) we're fixed same day! My family felt very safe here and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for an apartment, single or family friendly!"

"Decent homes. Spacious. Really quiet. No bugs. Older adults mostly. Flats and townhomes available here. Gas station less than 100 feet away. Plenty of major restaurants, grocery & shopping stores about or less than 2 miles away literally in all directions. Sun Rise Park about a 10 minute walk away. Plenty of schools in the area. Property Management communicates with the residents very well. Responsive to complaints. Actually never felt safer than I did in this apartment. Left apartment only because I left Texas. It's not the newest complex in EP but for the price of the homes, I couldn't complain. Only complaint I could bring up was my water heater. Water didn't stay hot as long as it probably should've. Definitely would recommend renting here"

"LOOOOVED living here. i wish we didnt have to move out. the sq footage is great and never had issues with saftey. only issues ive had is with the apt managers. she was never there at the office and it is quite impossible to get somebody on the phone. other than that, as long as your rent is paid, nobody bothers you. anytime i needed them to go out and fix something it gone done. wish i could have stayed there longer than the 3 years i did."
