"Worst place to ever live. A/c never gets fixed. I went the whole summer without central a/c I had to spend my own personal money to get window units. The parking sucks there is always pot holes and never enough parking. Maintenance will take pictures of people. They also come inside unannounced. The pool is never opened. They are never in the office. This place genuinely sucks and is miserable. There is no vegetation except for very few trees and bushes and the rent is outrageous for the quality. There are a lot better places that have way better quality, a lot bigger, and actually have working a/c"

"I signed a year lease with San Marin apartments and had a very great experience having Taylor and Amanda. Maintenance is always there when needed. We also have community times on wed where we do happy hour or even eventful times like having everyone get together for holiday fun."
