"I lived there for 6 years and nothing got fixed or done to the apt. Yet your rent goes up every year without fail! Trash is all over the, dumpsters are overflowing. Water bill is added to your rent , its very HIGH! Laundry rooms are filthy, machines are out of order the majority of the time. I could get a petition of all the unhappy tenants that are there now and the ones that finally MOVED OUT like myself!!!!. I rate it a 0!! The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, rude disrespectful staff! everyone has moved out since I did except for 2 out of the 8! In this section!! Pictures show the apts. do not get any Attention! And the only knowledgeable maintenance man Freddy, you let him go. Pictures say A Thousand words.!!!!!"

"Worst place to live! Don’t sign the lease in here. I’ve been living here since last year and it’s been a really bad experience since then. I live in apartment 142, I wish I had something positive to say about this community but I don’t have anything to say. The price is expensive, I pay $50 for two reserved parking spots that they’re never respected. Laundry room are messy, dirty and the washers never work, maintenance never comes and when they do they don’t know how to fix anything. Office never replies to emails or calls, trash is never picked up, the stole my daughter clothes from a washer the other day, some neighbors are rude and loud. They don’t do anything to enforce security. It’s ridiculous! I’m just tired of this place. I tried to break my lease, and they said they want me to pay 2k in 14 days plus the rent, but it doesn’t say it on my lease. As a current resident of this place I don’t recommend this place at all. I give this place 0 stars!!!"

"My girlfriend and I were looking for an apartment for the longest time and finally decided to look into these apartments. They seemed really nice and what we were looking for was space, W/D connections, carpeted floors and decent price which these fit the bill. When we first saw them we were introduced to a very kind lady in the office named Ellie who gave us a tour and allowed to see what would be our new and first apartment! The whole moving in process was made very simple and easy as we were helped by Gabriela, another kind lady in the office who walked us through the process to make this transition as smooth as possible. One things I do like that they are doing is repainting the buildings and remodeling the balcony of each apartment as it looks more modern and cleaner for the residents staying here. So far it has been 3 weeks since being here and we love it! We hope to continue being residents here for awhile!"

"We moved in three weeks ago and I have had nothing but issues. I walked the unit before signing the lease with the assistant manager and showed her what needed to be fixed and she said she’d show maintenance. I put in a work order for the window not being sealed properly and they but some foam seal that doesn’t seal anything. I’ve been sick with bronchitis because of the window allowing cold air in. I put a work order for a light switch to be fixed on Monday and they didn’t fix it until Friday. They’re maintenance don’t know how to patch correctly or even paint the ceiling. I asked for them to provide a filter to turn on the ac because my allergies are horrible and the leasing agent, who never knows anything just said she’d put in a work order and place it on high priority so maintenance can go do it but they never do it on time. They have a contractor doing the patios and they make a mess but never clean up after themselves. I have to inspect the patio before my daughter goes out because they will randomly do work on it and leave long screws and pieces of wood shavings and if you tell management, they’ll say they’ll send them to clean it promptly but they never do. So disappointed with this apartment."
