"Good overall value. These apartments come with all appliances except microwave. There's no amenities like a pool, gym, or courts. Since everything is new, there's no issues with appliances. My only suggestion would be to have assigned parking. Also, the walls are fairly thin compared to 80s or 90s apartments that had more soundproofing. But I imagine most new apartments have similar construction to these."
"It is always SO difficult to get ahold of the property manager for MAINTENANCE. I sometimes have to text MULTIPLE times for days straight to get a SIMPLE response. EXTREMELY frustrating. Apartments are brand new and extremely beautiful, but is that really worth it when you can’t get a simple response back..?"
