"This is my third time that I have lived on this property. The units are pretty spacious and well taken care of. If you want to make a comparison, visit the property next door. They're the same layout but it's a huge difference. They've really taken care of the apartments here at Centurion Pearl, previously Centurion Arms.. It's also pretty quiet. The walls are pretty thick, so you can't hear everything that's going on next door. Maintenance does a great job and the office staff is pretty friendly."

"Peaceful, Clean, Incredible Office Staff, Upkept landscaping and Amazing Upgrades..are only a few of the reasons why I absolutely love our Centurion Pearl Community. Our community is and feels safe with the awesome lighting we have all around the complex and paved walk ways. The trees make for shaded areas during the hot weather along side our fresh and always clean pool. Our laundromat facility is conveniently centered, always clean and takes cash or credit card through a user friendly app on your phone! Our mailboxes are right outside our door and trash dumpsters are conveniently located throughout our community. Maintenance is always thorough in their visits and have always followed up with me post maintenance. Angel our manager is patient, understanding and very responsive. She always greets you with a smile. My 3 bedroom 2 bath is spacious and extremely comfortable. Last but not least we are located near shopping centers, Album Park and a couple of schools. We are a family oriented community and that includes our fur babies. Thank you Centurion Pearl for all you do!"

"Angel is really nice, caring, and helpful! Just redid the landscaping beautiful green area nice to look at while your taking a stroll by yourself or with the kids. Any time you have any issues when it comes to things being fixed great turn around time. Maintenance is better than anywhere I have lived since being in El Paso. George is awesome! Rooms are spacious and the closets are a woman’s dream lots of space! Quite/ Safe area to live in with food and quick shopping near by. I love living here you will love it too!"

"I love this place because the apartment complex is peaceful and quiet. The area is also maintained very well and kept clean. These apartments just got a renovation which makes them particularly amazing on the outside including pool area. In general this is a great location, everything you need is within minutes of driving. "I genuinely love the management here, they have been a wonderful help and made my living a very comfortable space to be at. Our maintenance crew are always great and handle things quick when needed! Centurion Pearl has made these apartments a very beautiful environment to be at especially for dogs. I never once had an altercation with another residents dog and our community is very high maintenance when it comes to their own pets. Since the time being here I have enjoyed it very much and recommend these apartments a place to call home."
