"I just moved in and we are full of regrets. They tell you not to listen to any of the ONE-STAR reviews but please, DO READ THEM, ALL IS TRUE. I can honestly say they are valid. I just moved in on Jan. 26 2024 and it is horrible. Every ONE-STAR review is exactly what I am going through"

"If you have another option to live, then take it. West town is by the far one of the worst apartments to live at. The maintenance people are nice but low staffed so leads to long wait times, management on the other hand is TERRIBLE. You can call the office for something urgent (in my case ; when your ac goes out middle of the summer when you first move in and have go through a full weekend of 100+ degree weather without a/c) and no one will pick up or return your call. This place is bottom of the barrel for what they're charging to live there. Take your money else where."

"West Town is a beautiful place to live there's a lot of green around here which makes it feel very nice, the pool is great and the staff is awesome. Vanessa helped sell this place to my wife and I. June the main manager and Vanessa are awesome, they are polite and very friendly. The neighbors are alsp nice, and there are a lot of adorable dogs."
