"As a long-term resident (11+ yrs) I love the place! SOME people are never happy, so ignore the negative reviews. Management does a great job, the grounds and building are well maintained, and most folks are friendly. Unfortunately, with 73 units you're gonna get a few freaks and weirdos who want to run things.... just ignore them and enjoy your live! One of those 'weirdos' wrote a negative review of PvP after she was evicted for assaulting another resident, resulting in broken bones!"
