"Check or Cash Only!! And fortunately the TPW will also answer detailed questions over the phone so you can download, fill out and otherwise collect every item necessary before making multiple trips to their office. Be very prepared/expect to return time and again to this office with all the requirements to register, etc. There are 3 chairs for waiting, at least one of which should be marked for handicapped/pregnant customers, since the wait will be lengthy, guaranteed. The staff are diligent and polite in their processing except for the manageress, who is actually nasty enough to require a broom."
