"Very professionally run establishment. The premier event center in Del Rio."
"Great experience. It was well organized. Thanks to all the volunteers and first responders. Stay safe!"
"Attended an event here and though the food was good, the table service was horrible. Our table for 8 people didn't have anyone come around to offer us water or tea. We had to wave a waiter down. Even then it took him over 20 minutes to bring two glasses that were missing at our place settings, and to bring iced tea. We asked for water and they never brought any. While people were speaking, you'd think they'd still be walking to tables to offer water or iced tea and they did not. The event was supposed to go on until 11pm. However, the service staff started coming around BEFORE 10pm taking our glasses. I had JUST received my iced tea and was only halfway through drinking it when a service staff person walked over, didn't say a word to me and stuck his fingers in my glass and took it away without saying a word. It was rude. We were all shocked. So there was cake and nothing to drink unless you wanted to go buy something from the bar. I've coordinated events and if my service staff ever did that I'd be appalled. Left and had to go buy water at a station before going back to my hotel because I was so thirsty."
"Go to Imperius Events, La Villa Bonita, or anywhere else! Checking venue and had some lady in a crown Vic with a del Rio uniform came out yelling and saying that it's private property. She stated it's not public property and she would call the cops immediately even after we told her what our intentions are. We told her we didn't know we were a burden and asked for her to calm down. We left and left her yelling at herself. Go else where as this place isn't Friendly or welcoming......"
