"I've been here 3 times now for myself and my doctor herself is AMAZING ! However, the staff is not. In person they are kind, but over the phone they are so rude. They have a tone as if you're an inconvenience and they hate their job. I don't write reviews but this is a cancer patient facility. Cancer itself is dark and hard enough without the people who are supposed to be on your team calling you sounding all hopeless. I don't expect them to be all smiles, we are human, but the fact that your job is to be a light in the dark and your adding to the darkness is sad."
