"All hands down if i want peace and quit in the evening or morning doesn't matter great place to live and their remodeling it that takes atlot of time to do which people don't realize that also great great management i been nowing ms alisa family for a long time and great church people she works she give time another words she gives 1 once and she I a women of word so but people don't remember she has job to but these people think cuz they no her she suppose to give them a break no after the chance she just gave u ms alisa don't play when it comes to taking care of the villa apts so I say give them another year and everybodygo ing to be wanting to stay out there all bills paid great spot to stay keep up the good work alisha u brought that place back to life couldn't ask for any better mang. And one thing she is very professional great communication skills"

"Theives and Liars. Mold and roaches everywhere. Only one manager I had was decent. Nobody knows the actual landlord. Electricity or water not a guarantee. Pretty sure they hide reviews I've seen my neighbors make. Probably will hide mine too."

"Roach invested, tile full of grout and not even measured and placed right. Bathroom plumbing work wasn't finished, exterior paint was not indoor paint. Most of all the building manager was a big pervert towards the residents, made sexual advances by offering money or free months rent to the men rather than women, has a party room in a one bedroom apartment. If anyone goes against or thinks of reporting him he will have you evicted. My rating for these low life apartments would be a DEFINITE *ZERO*if it were on the rate scale. Would not want anyone to rent there!!!!!"
