"Don't expect your security deposit! They charged me almost 300 for my yard which was sitting on acres for BRANCHES and almost 300 for shampooing the carpets and cleaning everything except under the FRIDGE! Also don't expect professionals when it comes to money management, I received rent help and was told it was paid up till May and in actuality it wasn't! The rent help told me that homspot would have the information they helped with and we ended with an eviction proceedings even though it was their mistake! It's no wonder people leave the home a mess because the people who clean it and leave it in good condition get treated the same as if they didn't! So sad please get ready to lose your money if you choose this place!"

"This company is the absolute worst!!! They will charge you for stuff they shouldn't even be charging for. They lie and say utilities included or some included then stick you with the bill but you never get a bill so you're expected to trust that they're giving you an accurate bill. Ohhh and how do you feel about your very young small children being in their home where they should be safe while you shower and some strange man that you've never seen just walks in?! Coming out of the shower and seeing this man just sitting there. Doesn't sit well, does it? Finding out that homespot told him, if no one answers, just walk in. No notice, nothing!!! I'm outraged and you will be too if you rent from them!!"

They helped place me before moving in and, even though I left my lease early, the team helped me transition. Always professional and helpful. 10 stars if I could"
