"BEWARE!!!!! They will tell you to pay a 200 dollar carpet cleaning fee to get your 500 dollar deposit back. Then charge a lock changing fee and charge another 200 dollar arbitrary "cleaning fee". Long story short, dont expect to get hardly anything back from your deposit. What they want you to do is clean the place as much as possible with the hope of getting your deposit back even if the place is spotless, they will still charge you this fee. 500 deposit that you pay -200 carpet cleaning -200 additional arbitrary cleaning fee -62.75 for changing locks You really only get 37.25 back...."
