I know when I need an appointment and not just a call from the head nurse. And the attitude I get when I call the front office is appalling, I’m sick of it. They’re not medical professionals and I don’t need to mention every single thing that’s wrong with me in order to get an appointment. Front desk employees can make or break an office. I don’t know who I need to talk to in order to fix this problem but it’s been going on for a few years now and I’m sick of it."

"I see DR C. Lewis. i drive 40 minutes from my house our about 30 minutes from work, to do so, and i think its absolutely worth it. Dr Lewis is the only doctor i've seen who seems to listen to me, what my concerns, experiences, issues, and wants are. he speaks to me like a person, and has really honed in on when he needs to explain things in more detail. I FEEL like i'm getting the best care, or at least the care that is best for me. i think he's an all-star, and he's got some nice wall art to boot."
