"Amazing team of professional and personal interventionists. Pegah, Pedro, Roxanne & Melissa are all fantastic! And the admin staff are compassionate and well organized"
"My pain doc highly recommended this PT practice to help with managing my fibromyalgia and myofacial pain syndrome, but I was sorely disappointed with my experience. They have policies that prevent their therapists from spending “too much” hands on time with any one patient (presumably so they can work multiple customers at the same interval), regardless of what the referring doctor prescribes and what a patient’s physical condition dictates is needed for pain relief/management. (I was prescribed twice weekly myofacial release and deep tissue as it is the only thing effective at managing my symptoms, but this PT practice refused to do more than 10-15 mins of this kind of bodywork per visit and insisted I had to be given exercises the rest of the hour “for billing reasons”.) Not really the therapists’ fault, per se, but still not what was needed/expected and it ended up being a counterproductive waste of time and energy. (This tiny amount of body work was completely ineffective at reducing my myofacial adhesions and triggerpoints and the exercises they had me doing were actually worsening my symptoms significantly.) Their billing department was also very difficult to work with. They were unable to properly file claims with my insurance company for some unknown reason (despite the fact I am fully covered for unlimited PT), and they were rude to both me and my insurance company representative when we tried to call them together to help them sort it out. They insisted on canceling all my future appointments until they figured it out because “they have been burned before”. I had high hopes for this place based on my doctor’s referral, but I will be looking for a PT practice that expresses more compassion and willingness to help (and less financial greed) in the future."
"I just started PT here 2 months ago. I had 2 appointments so far. Would have had a 3rd appointment last week but when I showed up for the scheduled time, they informed me that my Physical Therapist was not there and that they "called me to let me know". They didn't call me and I let them know that I don't have any texts or missed calls. And I came all the way from Manor to this location. One of the front desk ladies was somewhat apologetic, the other not at all. Still, I went ahead and scheduled for the following thursday. Thursday didn't even come around yet, and they called me a few minutes ago to let me know that they are not providing services to me anymore because I only came 2 times."
"Highly recommended. Pratibha is very professional and helpful. She helped my father with his chronic neck and shoulder pain."
