"We are on our second year here at Boulder bay. We have zero complaints. The amenities are kept pristine! The apartments speak for themselves! They are BIG, updated and have a nice color on the walls besides plain white. Also, Biggest apartments you’ll find in town. The maintenance crew is reliable and immediately addresses the problem. Ms.Jana in the office is the best. Couldn’t ask for a better office lady. They go out of their way to make you feel right at home. I recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment. We will be sad to leave when we eventually do!"
