"The quality of service at Paragon has been very hit or miss as of late. I started receiving service with Paragon in another location and was impressed with their level of care and willingness to go above and beyond. Lately, the service, particularly when working with the Round Rock location, as well as speaking with their corporate office has gotten unacceptable. The staff comes across lacking care, condescending, unfriendly, and argumentative. They do not follow the protocols of the manufacture of the medication when administering infusions (one of my visits). Additionally, Paragon is difficult to do business with, making the care experience that much more frustrating. I recommend other locations for infusion services."

"Juanita was great and got my IV place on the first try. I have officially dubbed her One Poke Juanita. My infusion took about 5 hours and I was comfortable the whole time. I started over heating from my steroids and she even brought me the fan from her desk to help cool me off."

"The service by the nurses was awesome. Got me in and my drip was over in no time. Unfortunately, I overpaid $200+ in Aug and I'm due a refund. I have been requesting they refuse to refund before 45 business days, this is an excessive length a company this size should have no reason to hold my money for 5 months. The earliest I can have my refund is in December. I think businesses should borrow from banks not their customers. Finally, received refund."

"My first time here yesterday and total success compare Ed to my previous infusion in these main ways: The environment is so spacious and clean. I was very impressed with the recliners spaced out nicely. The staff was very polite and professional. I really calibers how the nurses jumped in to assist the other nurses with their patients and not only assigned and attentive to one patient. That was great to see the assistance. I also appreciated how they informed us on transparency of the medicines and not just giving it to us. I totally recommend this infusion center!!"

"Love going to Paragon Infusion Center. The staff is capable to do blood work, ivs, give meds, access ports and do vitals. It is never crowded. There are tvs if you want to watch while getting your infusion. They also offer blankets, have coffee/tea, sodas, water and snacks. The bathrooms are clean and the Round Rock location is much easier to get to than the Austin one. The Round Rock location is not too far from I 35. All staff is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. They also work well with the physician who ordered the infusion."
