"I loved my apartment I felt I was blessed to be in there but it was much better than the alley that I slept in for five years when I watched narcissist drive by me and my unfortunate homeless brother and sister I watched the city of Amarillo drive by us in White fleet vehicles when we were starving and freezing and burning up in the summer. And the caretakers of Amarillo looked the other way and the homeless had nowhere to go. Well I was a deplorable that deserves no mercy. I can tell you first hand how that feels. But a couple of people helped us out and one of those folks was the Broadstone Apartments. I can tell you that apartment saved my life. I would like to thank well of course Broadstone Apartments but also Pace Management. You saved a deplorable. I can't say much about the new management. they would not take care of the property no pest management, they came by twice in the four years I lived there. No hot water for weeks at a time harassing emails when I paid my rent on time, which I'm sure the judge is going to love. And two murders not evan a block away no lights on the property and the homeless what can I say I was homeless but I never hung around a apartment complex. I tried not to be seen. But we asked for help and no answer from the new apartment management. you lost a good tenant. A person can only take so much and most of my neighbors have already moved or are looking to. Broken windows theft intimidation bugs homeless vicious dogs lack of maintenance cops that make you feel like a criminal when you are asking for help Fighting If you're into that this is the place for you. Blaze Property Management is for you. ask for Brandon. Sometimes I wish I stayed in the alley. And a word of advice don't rent from Blaze Property Management. Anywhere! If you like lead paint and drug addicts and drug dealrs here are your keys. And don't call the cops you will be the criminal."
