"updating review in response to the "owner" Downgrading to one star for checking records to see who leaves bad reviews, I bet you would simply try to retaliate when you find out who I am. The reason for the review in the first place was that your staff are confrontational, rude, and lie to tenants."
"These apartments aren’t worth the money or headache. My apartment wasn’t even ready for me to move in when I was supposed to. The cleaning I had to do prior to moving in was a headache. Constant toilet issues. Thin walls so if you want privacy good luck. Broken appliances/cracked countertops. Cracked/water stained floors unless you have carpet. Mildew/Black mold in multiple areas caused from upstairs that just gets painted over and over. My AC went out in the summer due to some upstairs drainage, and they brought me a window unit that was filled with roaches. Maintenance will “complete” a request before even stepping foot in your apartment if they even come at all. They take their time on getting anything done even if it’s an emergency. Their fire sprinklers busted recently and it took over 30 minutes to get the water shut off. My electric bill went up significantly having to run industrial fans and dehumidifiers 24-7. Which I never got reimbursed for. The list goes on and on. Good luck with management calling you back with any concern you’ll have. When they were repaving the parking lot they gave wrong dates of when to move our cars. Resulting in a tow truck towing multiple cars out of the way at the car owners expense due to the complexes literal last minute midday notice. Not to mention I paid my rent twice in one month to be ahead, but they didn’t acknowledge it until I called multiple times wondering where it was. As long as you’re dumb enough to pay rent here they do not care what happens. But if you do decide to live here and invest in your own cameras because I’ve had to two vehicles stolen off this lot."
"If I could rate this place a 0 I would!! Mandy is so rude and they do not care about their tentants at all. My AC has been out since January my garbage disposal as well and both of my bathroom floors near the showers are caving in. Maintenance finally came and fixed one bathroom 2 weeks ago but never bothered to fix the other. In the winter my heater went out on a Saturday and I have 3 small children so I kept calling and left voicemails for an emergency request to fix my heater and nobody ever called back! I went to the office Monday and they said their phone was down. My water heater started leaking into the downstairs neighbors apartment and they came into my apartment and turned off my water and when I went home I looked at the area and it is full of black mold. I was never informed about what was going on until I called myself. When I brought up the black mold and how my children have been so sick they did not care they said they maintenance was going to spray it and replace my water heater. I explained the mold is so bad it should me removed or I would like a different apartment. Mandy kept arguing that it is only mildew not mold and offered to have someone come and test it but said I would be responsible for the bill. I"
"My husband and i recently helped my sister move from her apartment after completing her lease term. Management was terrible and things never got fixed. The air conditioner was out when we helped her move and had been out for quite some time. The garbage disposal didn’t work and if you’re a single mom, please think twice because the light bulbs had been out in 2 rooms since the second month she lived there and she was told she was responsible for changing them. I’ve lived in apartments before and this wasn’t the case where i lived. The apartment didn’t appear to have been cleaned when she moved in because it was filthy and we had to clean it ourselves. The carpet was so old and they didn’t bother to shampoo it prior to her move in so PLEASE be sure to do a walk through!"
"After my year I’m out if I can make it. Maintenance never shows up emergency line never worked my door has been leaking water since Xmas. I have two outstanding maintenance requests and still no one. People leave trash out for days. Everything I put on my move in list has not been fixed. I wanted to believe what I read on here wasn’t true but it is true if your looking to move in here! If you want to live in a place that doesn’t follow the policy they enforce, rude management, lazy maintenance likely to fix anything this is your place! They are breaching their contract with the people there I left yet they won’t give me my deposit back even though the whole contract is void. The place is falling apart. Oh and also have the person that lives below you knock at your door at 3am. I wish I could put 0 stars. I wouldn’t even recommend it to my worst enemy to live there if that states anything."
