"I don’t understand how they are still open. The staff is highly rude, they stay gossiping every time we come on time, five minutes before they open, with no one around they still take over 40’mins to call you in. Not only that they lose documents all the time and make you re do them over and over. Also I’ve caught them talking poorly about other patients….."
"The owner needs to learn how to put more time into interacting with the people inside the clinic and the snotty MA's rather than coming, and trying to hunt down the individuals leaving negative reviews. That is very unprofessional for the "owner" to question individuals as to why they left a negative review. Maybe you should put on your website that the people walking in will have to interact with an online doctor. What's the use of having Medical assistants walking around not being helpful. Very Useless. Remind your workers that if they are going to get into a patients personal space to put on gloves, and follow the correct protocol. Also, because an individual isn't able to translate one word into Spanish the lady thought it would be okay to say she wasn't going to be able to help me. To the owner... go ahead, and leave your reply please do. Remember the customer is always right, and just because you own the clinic doesn't mean you are always doing your job right. It is true you do get what you pay for. Pay a lousy price you get lousy service."
"Price is good. Went in no wait. Got asked to go back explained that I had symptoms of pink eye. Got taken to the back to get seen by the doctor. Never got seen by a real doctor. Only by one online. Who didn’t even diagnose me. All she said was that she was going to be assisting with my case. That’s it. The MA ( I think that’s who she was) because she was acting like the doctor was sticking her finger in my eye. Saying she didn’t think it was pink eye but yet prescribed me medicine for pink eye. Never told me what my diagnosis. Got 3 different options of medical treatment from the Medical Assistant NEVER a actual doctor!!!!! I didn’t even get a diagnosis from the one online!!!! When checking out not even asked if I needed a doctors note or excuse. I guess you pay what you pay for! So just be aware there is no doctor on hand just via Skype."
