"We have been here almost a year. But all of our needs have been met with a smile. And we have had very positive feedback in every area maintenance, office area, etc The grounds are kept neat and picked up. This is a very nice place to be and nice people to be around."
"I’ve lived here for two years now and the management has been excellent! Josh is always on top of things and gets to things right away! Anytime you come into the office they always greet you with a smile. It’s a great place to live!"
"A friend of mine was in town looking for apartments and we stopped by Quail Creek, as she is needing to be close to the hospital district for work. We spoke with Josh and wow, he was great!!!! He took the time to answer all of our crazy questions and my friend's concerns with moving her kids to a new town. He was very thorough in his explanation of what the apartment had to offer her and he kept a smile on our face the whole time. This was a great visit and thanks to Josh, Quail Creek has moved to the top of my friends list."
"I've only been here a few months, so far. My move-in date was late September of 2018. Since then, there appears to have been almost 100% turnover in maintenance and management staff. I'm not entirely clear on what prompted this. I'm told the staff had remained fairly static for several years prior to my moving in (maybe it was me?), but the changes haven't impacted my quality of life or anything, so it's whatever. From what I can tell, there is only one maintenance person still there. There may be more whom I simply haven't noticed. Either way, the dude who's still there is a skilled tradesman who does a super job, and seems to be keeping up with maintenance needs on his own just fine. The two new facility managers at the office are kind, approachable, and professional. My apartment is quiet and energy efficient. It's a little dated, with signs of wear and tear throughout, but that's to be expected. I see other reviews complaining of bugs, but haven't noticed any myself. Just a few cellar spiders (otherwise known as "daddy long-legs") in the storage closet on the patio. Overall, it's clean and comfortable, and I'm happy with it. Couldn't ask for a better location, being just down the street from the medical district and literally right across the street from all your shopping needs. I'm so happy with my apartment I even recommended Quail Creek to my mother, because she could use a smaller space that's easier to keep up. She was impressed with the one-bedroom unit she looked at, so she'll be moving in next month. Helping her move will suck, but having her nearby where I can help her out with stuff more easily will be great. Anyway, Quail Creek is a great choice for a variety of reasons, but being budget friendly and conveniently located were the two biggest deciding factors for me. Five stars."
