Oakridge Apartments

"Need to change your dam hours because they are not 24hr they only open when they want to and when you need to pay rent they arnt open either or dont answer their phones. I would not Recommend living here!!!!"

"It is 0953 on Saturday morning. My patient has had to suffer through the heat for several days. The hours on the established state the leasing office is open at 0900. I have called 7 times, and the voicemail is full. You would think that when a place floods the management would be more present than ever, but not here. Definitely do not even think about renting here unless you are ver desperate."

"I lived here for about 2 years. The front desk has always been so helpful and attentive. The management and the workers are so kind and are willing to get things done in a timely manner. I was homeless and they were the first, and only, apartment complex willing to help. Thank you Oakridge!"

"I currently live here the rooms are amazing the outside looks kinda sketchy but thats fine with me . I live on the 1 first floor I hate how the people above us love to stomp all night. We talked to the owner probably 3 times already she does her best to help but the people above don't listen especially the kids. They love to leave trash on the stairs and also by my door which makes me look bad. I hope they move out soon so me and my girlfriend can get some sleep ."

"When I first was trying to get my apartment, I was homeless and so desperately needing a place. Management did not know that but they seemed to try and get me in as soon as I needed. I just had minor issues that needed a little work on the apartment and they came by and got my main issues done, the other problems were understandable that they could not be fixed right then and there and I did not worry about it just wanted it noted. I have had a good time here and I always recommend my apartments to everybody. It’s very cheap for such a large space. I love the layout and the high ceilings. My sister then moved in to them also, she had some problems at first also. Her apartment profusely flooded for days because of busted pipes, but they got right on that when they were informed. They are very consistent and cooperative."
